Settings
Go to Settings in the sidebar. The settings page has three sections: Organization, Integrations, and Team.
Organization
Section titled “Organization”Edit your organization name by clicking the text and typing a new name.
Distributor Integrations
Section titled “Distributor Integrations”Configure API credentials for live pricing and stock data from distributors.
Supported Distributors
Section titled “Supported Distributors”| Distributor | Credentials Required |

Adding Credentials
Section titled “Adding Credentials”- Click a distributor card.
- Enter the required credentials.
- Click Save.
A status badge shows whether credentials are configured:
- Configured — Credentials are saved and active
- Not Configured — No credentials set
Credentials are encrypted and never displayed after saving.
Removing Credentials
Section titled “Removing Credentials”Click Delete on a distributor card to remove its credentials. This also clears any cached pricing data from that distributor.
Setting Distributor Priority
Section titled “Setting Distributor Priority”Drag distributor cards to reorder them. The order determines tie-breaking — when two distributors offer the same price for a part, the higher-priority distributor is selected in procurement planning.
Team Management
Section titled “Team Management”Invite team members and manage roles.
Inviting a Team Member
Section titled “Inviting a Team Member”- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Select a role:
- Engineer — Can view and edit BOMs, parts, and builds
- Buyer — Can view BOMs and manage procurement
- Manager — Can manage builds, procurement, and view reports
- Admin — Full access including settings and team management
- Click Send Invitation.
The invited person receives an email with a link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Pending Invitations
Section titled “Pending Invitations”A list of outstanding invitations shows the email, role, and when the invitation was sent. You can resend or revoke pending invitations.
Managing Team Members
Section titled “Managing Team Members”Active team members are listed with their email, role, and join date. Admins can change roles or remove members.
