All fields except “Used In” are editable inline. Click a cell to edit, then click away or press Enter to save.

Use the search bar to find parts. Search works across MPN, manufacturer, description, footprint, and value fields.

Parts are added to the catalog automatically when you add them to any BOM. To add a part manually:

  1. Click Add Part.
  2. Fill in the MPN and any other fields.
  3. The part is saved to your catalog.

Click the delete button on a part row. If the part is used in any BOMs, a warning lists the affected BOMs. Deleting a part removes it from the catalog and all BOMs.

The “Used In” column shows how many BOMs reference this part. Click to expand and see links to each BOM.

The “On Hand” column shows current stock. Edit the value inline to adjust inventory manually.

You can bulk-import inventory from a CSV file:

  1. Click Import Inventory (or use the dashboard quick action).
  2. The import wizard opens with similar steps to the BOM import:
    • Upload a CSV with MPN and quantity columns
    • Map columns
    • Review and confirm
  3. Inventory quantities are updated for matching parts.

All inventory changes are recorded in the transaction audit trail.

The “Location” field is a free-text field for tracking where parts are physically stored (e.g., “Bin A3”, “Shelf 2, Row 4”).

Each part can have distributor-specific SKUs associated with it. These are used for pricing lookups. You can designate a preferred SKU per distributor for each part, which is used as the default when fetching prices.
