Getting Started

  1. Go to the signup page.
  2. Enter your organization name. This creates a new organization that your team members will join later.
  3. Enter your email address and choose a password (minimum 8 characters).
  4. Confirm your password and submit.

You are automatically logged in and taken to the dashboard.

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Log In.

You are redirected to the dashboard after login.

Before using BoMBot, complete these steps:

  1. Configure distributor integrations — Go to Settings > Integrations and add API credentials for your distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, Newark, LCSC). This enables live pricing and stock data. See Settings for details.
  2. Create your first product — Go to Products and click New Product. See Products & BOMs.
  3. Import or create a BOM — Open your product and create a BOM. You can import from CSV/XLSX or add parts manually. See BOM Editor.

The sidebar on the left contains the main sections:

  • Dashboard — Overview, stats, and recent activity
  • Products — Product list and BOM management
  • Procurement — Multi-BOM purchasing planner
  • Builds — Production run tracking
  • Part Catalog — Parts library and inventory
  • Settings — Organization, integrations, and team

Click the theme toggle to switch between light mode, dark mode, and system default. Your preference is saved automatically.
